Refund policy
GPC Scripts sells digital products: Cronus Zen GPC scripts delivered as an instant download. This policy explains when you can and cannot get a refund. It sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer and does not replace them.
Digital downloads and your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once the download has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right at checkout.
By completing your purchase you ask us to supply the script immediately and you accept that you lose the 14 day right to cancel once the download begins. If you have not yet downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
Our detection guarantee
If a script you bought from us is detected by the game's anti-cheat system, contact us and we will refund your purchase in full. This is a promise we make in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. To claim, open a ticket in our Discord server with your order number and the name on the order.
Faulty or misdescribed scripts
If a script does not work as described, is faulty, or is not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us first: most problems turn out to be a setup issue we can fix in a few minutes through our Discord ticket system.
How to request a refund
Email support@gpcscripts.com or open a ticket in our Discord server. Include the name on the order, your order number and which script you bought. We aim to respond within 2 hours and to process approved refunds within 5 working days, back to your original payment method.
What we cannot refund
- A change of mind after you have downloaded the script, unless it is faulty or not as described.
- Purchases made without a Cronus Zen device. The Zen is sold separately and is required to use any of our scripts.
- Accounts actioned for reasons unrelated to our script.
